Free Cloud Learning in April

We are living tough times due to this pandemic situation. The novel coronavirus changed our lives, closing down schools, workplaces and, most importantly, affecting our social life. However, we have now more time to be occupied with something that we didn’t have time to do it in the normal times.

Read a book, learn a musical instrument are some of the most common examples. Today, we suggest a new one: learn how to use Google Cloud (GCP) or expand your skillset of GCP.

Google is now offering access to GCP training for the entire month of April. Anyone can get free access to Google Cloud’s content on Coursera, Pluralsight, and Qwiklabs.

This is an exciting mean of staying motivated while learning new things to improve your CV!

Created in 2010, DeepMind is one of the world’s most known companies in the artificial intelligence industry. They have created neural networks that taught itself how to play and win games (such as Go and Chess, with the AlphaGo computer program). Besides that, they have implemented an AI that knows how to manage power resources and how to deliver world-class healthcare to patients in need.

In 2014, the company was bought by Google for $500 million, and now they are part of the Alphabet group.

Lastly, they presented new developments in reinforcing learning, an area of machine learning where agents take actions in an environment to maximize some reward. This development and those that happened before made the company win lots of awards and gain interest from other AI researchers.
